Snow Fox
A small, fast fox that flees at the first sign of danger.
A tiny bundle of pristine white fur with bright, intelligent eyes and an absurdly fluffy tail. The snow fox is the smallest predator on the tundra, surviving on voles, hares, and the occasional stolen egg. It is also, by universal agreement, the most adorable thing in the frozen wastes. This does not stop hunters from pursuing it for its pelt, which fetches a fine price at market. The fox, for its part, seems to be well aware of its value and maintains a healthy paranoia, bolting at the slightest provocation. Catching one requires patience, speed, and a willingness to feel slightly guilty about it afterward.
