Frost Wolf
A frost-touched wolf that hunts in packs and breathes icy vapor.
Larger than its lowland cousins and coated in fur that shimmers with a faint blue-white frost. The frost wolf is a creature touched by the deep cold of the tundra — not merely adapted to it, but infused with it. Ice crystals form along its muzzle and hackles, and its breath comes in clouds of vapor cold enough to numb flesh on contact. They hunt in packs of three to six, coordinating with an intelligence that borders on the uncanny. Their howl carries across the frozen wastes for miles, a sound that means either rally or warning depending on which end of the food chain you occupy.
