Pirate Deckhand
A standard ship crew member turned to piracy — opportunistic, experienced at sea, and dangerous in groups.
Not all pirates are villains and not all deckhands are pirates, but this one is both. The calluses on the hands are from years of rope work and rigging. The collection of mismatched weapons is from years of taking things from people who had them. They'll fight, they'll run if it goes badly, and they'll come back with friends if they can.
